Summary
Identify and mitigate risks affecting the Trusts reputation, security, safety, and financial sustainability. Ensure compliance with Health Technical Memoranda (HTMs) and NHS guidance. Ensure quality control systems are in place and continuously improved. Contribute to the development and review of policies and protocols to support regulatory compliance. Monitor and report on compliance performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Maintain up-to-date compliance records and documentation for inspection readiness.
