Summary
The post holder will : be assigned to various divisions of the work of the department including autopsy, cytopathology, diagnostic histopathology, and cutting-up according to a regular timetable be gradually introduced to cutting up procedures with Consultant supervision (tailored to your experience) be encouraged as the necessary skills develop to handle more complex specimens be exposed to non-gynaecological cytopathology including fine needle aspirates and receive instructions in reporting these.
