Summary

We're looking for a Design Co-Ordinator to join our Thames water team working on sites in the northern Thames Valley region.Location: remote working available, with weekly travel to the Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire office and sites sites in the Northern Thames Valley region (Reading/Oxfordshire/Bedfordshire)

Hours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

Join our collaborative design teamAre you passionate about bringing engineering designs to life? Join our supportive Thames Valley team where you'll play a vital role in coordinating design excellence across our portfolio of wastewater and non-infrastructure projects. We value diverse perspectives and creative problem-solving in delivering quality solutions for our clients.

What will you be responsible for?As a Design Co-Ordinator, you'll be working within the Engineering Design team, supporting them in delivering high-quality technical solutions. Your day to day will include:

-Managing the engineering assurance process for designs developed by our design partners

-Acting as the primary point of contact for design changes and technical queries during projects

-Building relationships with clients to understand and fulfill their requirements

-Ensuring design quality procedures are implemented and maintained

-Supporting the Senior Design Manager in achieving project objectives and deadlines

What are we looking for?This role of Design Co-Ordinator is great for you if:

-You have a degree in an engineering discipline or related field (or equivalent experience)

-You enjoy nurturing collaborative relationships and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders

-You're well-organised with excellent planning and time-management abilities

-You thrive in a supportive team environment while taking ownership of your responsibilities

-You're comfortable with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit or BIM
