⏰ Shift Pattern
Week 1: 06:00 – 17:00
Week 2: 05:00 – 16:00
Monday to Friday – predictable hours, great for planning your week!
What You’ll Do
Operate the batching plant safely and efficiently
Quality control: Check mixes, make adjustments to meet standards
Maintenance: Routine checks, cleaning, and equipment upkeep
Material & Stock: Drive telehandler/loading shovel, manage raw materials
Admin: Record batching data, track stock and deliveries
⚠️ Safety & Housekeeping: Keep plant safe, clean, and compliant

Experience as a concrete batcher – essential!
Strong attention to detail
Good organisation & communication skills
Commitment to safety & quality
Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
