Are you a skilled Mechanical & Electrical Engineer looking for a unique opportunity within a secure and dynamic environment? We're hiring Multi-skilled engineers to join our teams supporting sites in Ruislip, London.
About the RoleThis is a single secure site, where engineers work in pairs across multiple buildings within a large complex. A van is essential for navigating between facilities, and all necessary equipment will be provided.
Responsibilities
-Conduct planned and reactive maintenance across multiple buildings.
-Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
-Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
-Maintain accurate records of work completed.
-Liaise with site contacts and management to ensure smooth operations., Escort Sub-contractors whilst on-site.
What We're Looking For
-NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
-Experience in facilities management or building services.
-Strong communication and organisational skills.
-A proactive, safety-first mindset.
✈️ Important Requirements
-DV Clearance is mandatory
-Full UK Driving Licence required.
-Must NOT be colour blind - driving within the sites demands full colour vision for safety and compliance.
-Proven experience in M&E engineering (electrical and mechanical systems).
-Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
