Plasterer
We are currently looking for a Plasterer to join Sovini Property Services, part of The Sovini Group.

As a Plasterer, you will be expected to:
• To carry out repairs and maintenance to customer homes in a safe and proper manner, ensuring works are completed to a consistently high standard in addition to providing our Customers with their best experience of customer service.
• Commit to equality and diversity and to promote non-discriminatory practices in all aspects of work undertaken.
• Adhere with the Health and Safety at Work Act to take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by their acts and omissions.
To be successful in a Plasterer role, the skills you will need:
• NVQ Level 3 Plastering or equivalent experience.
• Competent in at least 2 of the listed trades: Joinery, roofing, or plumbing.
• Able to plan and prioritise to ensure the effective use of own time.
• Commitment to providing a high-quality service to all customers.
• Able to form and maintain good working relationships at all levels, internal and externally.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well with homeowners, external agencies, and office-based colleagues.
• Ability to work safely at height.
• Excellent communication skills, possessing the ability to communicate with staff at all levels of the Organisation across multiple communication channels including Teams and face-to-face.
• Hold Full driving licence.
• Excellent communication skills, able to communicate across multiple channels including Microsoft Teams, Face to Face and Email.

Experience or Knowledge of the below would be advantageous but not essential:
• Experience working in repairs and maintenance in housing services.
• Experience of working in a building environment and completing repair work in occupied homes or void properties.
• A knowledge of relevant legislation and/or Codes of Practice i.e. Construction, Building Regulations and Health & Safety.
• Good numeracy and literacy skills.
