Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to inspire young minds?
If so, Queen Katharine Academy is looking for you!
Your role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning during teacher absences by delivering pre-set lessons across a range of subjects. Whilst keep learning on track, you’ll create a calm, purposeful environment where every student feels supported. You’ll work with learners of all abilities, helping them stay engaged and making sure each lesson runs smoothly in the teacher’s absence. You’ll also play an important part in the wider life of the academy by supporting staff, contributing to pastoral care and assisting the Cover Team with day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
You’re the ideal candidate if you have experience working with young people in an educational setting, can communicate clearly, and feel comfortable leading a class independently. Your commitment to safeguarding, equality and your own professional growth will match our commitment to nurturing and developing every member of our community.
