Redhill Academy Trust Teachers’ Main / Upper Pay Scale Plus TLR2C of £3,527 per annumFull Time PermanentRequired to start April 2026We are looking for an excellent teacher to join our Science faculty in the capacity of Teacher of Science. The successful candidate will be able to provide strategic and operational leadership of Key Stage 3 Science, ensuring a coherent, ambitious and well-sequenced curriculum that secures strong foundations for GCSE study. They will also be able to lead curriculum development, assessment and teaching and learning at KS3, contributing to whole-department improvement while remaining accountable to the Head of Science.Colonel Frank Seely Academy is part of Redhill Academy Trust. The Academy is also a member of Redhill College of Leadership and Development and as such there are excellent CPD opportunities and a chance to work alongside colleagues from other high-performing schools in the region.
