Summary

About The Role

Working as part of a fast pace team responsible for building relationships with landlords in the private sector, marketing the Let2Bex scheme to secure access to properties to nominate our Housing Clients to.

The successful applicant will be required to conduct property inspections, suitability and affordability checks on prospective tenants and possess the ability to discharge the Housing duties.

A sound knowledge of Housing Legislation and the Implications of the Renters Rights Act 2025.

This is a hybrid role and successful applicant will be required to attend the Civic Offices in Bexleyheath a minimum of twice per week. The candidate will also be able to demonstrate they are able to carry out multiple short notice visits/ inspections, whether they are in the officer or at home.

We currently have two permanent and one 12-month fixed term position available.
