The Opportunity
We’re currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Production Operative to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role that spans our three core manufacturing departments, offering the chance to develop a wide range of skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
We’ll provide comprehensive cross-training to help you succeed and grow with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a variety of machinery and handheld tools with precision and care
- Assemble products according to specifications and production schedules
- Maintain clean, safe, and organised workspaces
- Follow all manufacturing processes and company procedures
- Adhere strictly to Health & Safety regulations
- Contribute to a positive team environment with a proactive and reliable approach
What We’re Looking For
- A strong work ethic and dependable attitude
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Keen eye for detail and commitment to quality
- Experience in a production or manufacturing role
Working Hours
Monday - Friday - 7:00am - 3:30pm
