Summary
Warehouse Specials Coordinator – York
Hours: 37.5 per week | Salary: £23,927 (OTE up to £30,000) per annum
Join Medequip Assistive Technology Ltd, the UK’s leading provider of community medical equipment services. In this specialist role, you'll manage and quality‑control non‑standard equipment, support efficient reuse, and act as a key contact for prescribers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and check special equipment orders
- Catalogue, photograph and upload non‑stock items
- Maintain accurate stock control and storage
- Liaise with prescribers and provide equipment advice
- Assess, repair and prepare recycled items for reuse
- Support occasional deliveries and site visits
- Ensure safe disposal, compliance and high warehouse standards

Experience in warehousing, equipment management or healthcare is desirable. Strong organisational, communication and IT skills required.
