Summary
Hours of Work:
Sunday–Tuesday or Sunday–Wednesday (rolling 2-week rota)
06:00 – 18:00
Main Purpose of the Role
To provide high-visibility cleansing services within the city centre to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Manually sweep streets and pedestrian areas using a barrow
Remove litter and empty litter bins as required
Carry out minor graffiti removal, fly-posting removal, and weed growth trimming
Clean public toilets and car parks when required
Identify and report maintenance issues or environmental concerns
Record daily tasks and complete required documentation
Work independently while maintaining high standards of safety and performance
Requirements
Full, clean, manual UK driving licence
Ability to work long shifts and outdoor environments
Good attention to detail and self-motivation
