A leading property related organisation is seeking an Admin Support Specialist to join its Sheffield team based in Chapeltown S35

The Role
The Admin Support Specialist will act as the first point of contact for new client instructions, ensuring all services, reports and products are delivered efficiently and to a consistently high standard. This position suits someone who is proactive, confident when liaising with multiple stakeholders and capable of managing a varied workload.
Key Responsibilities
• Producing summary packs and completing client requested services within agreed targets and timescales
• Liaising confidently with clients, customers, estate agents and other property professionals
• Preparing reports, recommendations and supporting evidence
• Communicating solutions clearly, professionally and in a timely manner
• Maintaining accurate, detailed information within internal IT systems
• Ensuring all documentation and communication meet agreed service levels
• Coordinating third party services, including valuations and contractor reports
• Working collaboratively with the sales team to manage workflow and turnaround times
• Prioritising tasks and chasing stakeholders to meet deadlines
• Attending training sessions and ensuring compliance with internal policies
• Conducting research into property values and providing informed recommendations
• Supporting additional areas of the division when required

• Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proactive, solutions driven and eager to learn
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• IT literate across multiple platforms , with accurate data entry skills
• Professional, articulate and committed to delivering excellent customer service
Experience within property or estate agency is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
