Summary
ROLE: Vehicle Technician
LOCATION: West London
SALARY: 45k basic, 60k ote + company benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.00 – 5.00. 1 in 4 Saturdays 8.00 – 12.00
We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician / Diagnostic Technician to join our client’s reputable dealership, West London based.
To be considered this Vehicle Technician / Diagnostic Technician role, you will need to have diagnostic experience as well as a Level 3 NVQ in Motor Vehicle Technology through IMI or City & Guilds as a minimum.
You will also need your own tools and a full UK DL.
Responsibilities of the Vehicle Technician / Diagnostic Technician :
Diagnose complex systems and perform routine service and repairs across our vehicle range.
Ensure every repair is a quality, first-time fix to provide an outstanding customer experience.
Communicate with customers to understand their issues and provide clear resolutions.
Complete video vehicle health checks to highlight any issues and opportunities.
