Permanent - Part time contract - 25 hours per week - to include every other weekend

About the Role
We have a dedicated and well-trained team providing an excellent standard of person-centred care for our residents. As a Hotel Services Assistant joining our large, diverse team who are proud of the difference we make to our residents you will have a varied role covering Food Services, Host and Housekeeping Assistant.
Food Services Assistant:
· Assist with the preparation of food as directed.
· Ensure sound knowledge of food to be served.
· Listen to residents and report any complaints or requests raised by residents.
· Adhere to all Food Hygiene, Health and Safety and COSHH regulations.
· Clean and maintain kitchen appliances, surfaces and floors as per cleaning schedule.
You will assist in the preparation and service of meals and beverages to residents always offering a prompt and courteous service. In addition to this you will also clean and maintain kitchens and equipment.

Host:
· Look after laying up of dining areas
· Greet and assist residents to their tables
· Take residents food orders and serve lunches in the dining room
· Inform the kitchen of any specific requests our resident may have
· Adhere to all EFHL food safety and hygiene standards
You will ensure the dining areas are serviced properly, and our residents dining requirements are met. You will make sure our serveries are kept clean and stocked as well as supplying and delivering any hospitality requirements.

Housekeeping Assistant:
· Conduct general cleaning of all areas including bedrooms, lounges, dining areas, toilets, bathrooms, offices, corridors, and all fixtures and fittings.
· Adhere to stated cleaning methods observing hygiene practises to prevent cross infection.
· Help other employees as directed.
· Take personal responsibility in becoming fully aware and observant of Health and Safety policy and COSHH reporting any accidents and hazards.
You will assist in the daily cleaning of the Home to ensure a clean, safe and comfortable environment, always giving customers a prompt and courteous service.
Prior experience is desirable but not needed, as we will give you all the training you need to be successful in this role.
