Learning Support Assistant (SEN)
Are you a compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) ready to make a real difference? We're looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Special Educational Needs (SEN) team and empower students to reach their full potential.
The RoleYou'll provide vital one-to-one and small group support for students with diverse SEN, helping them access the curriculum, build independence, and thrive. This includes assisting with EHCPs, adapting learning materials, and fostering a positive, inclusive environment. You'll collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals, monitoring student progress and contributing to their well-being.
About YouYou have experience supporting children or young people with SEN and understand various needs (e.g., autism, ADHD, dyslexia). You're patient, empathetic, and an excellent communicator, able to build strong relationships. You're a team player, adaptable, and genuinely want to help students succeed. A relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification is a plus, but proven experience is key!
