The Role – Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant
As a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant, you will work primarily with pupils in Key Stage 1, helping to deliver structured support in numeracy and phonics. You will assist in class and in targeted small groups, helping pupils build foundational skills in mathematics and early reading development. The school uses a structured phonics approach that supports confidence and fluency in reading.

Ideal Candidate – Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant

• Previous experience in tutoring, mentoring, or work with children is beneficial but not essential
