What skills and experience we're looking for
We wish to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and dedicated teacher in Year 4, to cover a period of maternity leave. The successful candidate will join an excellent team of staff committed to delivering the highest standards of education within a thriving Multi-Academy Trust.
The succesful candidate will:
• Be an excellent classroom practitioner, using a wide range of teaching methods to motivate,inspire and respond to the needs of individual learners.
• Have the initiative and passion to inspire and motivate children in their classroom and create a stimulating learning environment
• Have the subject knowledge, commitment and enthusiasm to ensure that all children reach their potential by delivering an exciting, motivating, creative curriculum.
• Be an excellent team player working successfully with everyone in the school community.
• Be ambitious, setting high standards for themselves and others.
• Be excited to contribute to wider school life, providing a range of experiences for our children.
• Have high expectations of attainment, behaviour and attitudes to learning.
• Demonstrate a commitment to making a real difference to the lives of the pupils and the wider school community.
