Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

In this role, your duties and responsibilities will include assisting the child with key areas, e.g. language, reading, spelling, handwriting, and presentation. Developing methods of promoting/reinforcing the child's self-esteem and independence while meeting their needs. You will have the opportunity to establish a supportive relationship with the child, understanding how to support their specific needs. It is important that you reinforce the school ethos, e.g. expectations of behaviour within class and elsewhere on the school site. The contract is Fixed-Term and will conclude once the pupil leaves the school.
