Your Role as Room Leader
As a Room Leader, you’ll play a key role in shaping young lives while supporting your team. Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering the highest standards of care and education
Ensuring safeguarding practices and nursery policies are always followed
Supporting management with health, safety, security and wellbeing of children, staff and visitors
Leading within the key person system, including observations, assessments and progress tracking
Supporting children’s emotional and social development using positive behaviour management
Encouraging good personal hygiene, healthy eating and independence
