Team Leader (Full Time)
You lead with kindness, confidence, and creativity - inspiring your team to deliver the very best for every child. From motivating your team to creating magical learning moments with children, you’re confident, caring, and full of enthusiasm. With experience leading a team, you combine warmth and professionalism with a strong understanding of EYFS, Ofsted, and Health & Safety standards, helping to create a safe, happy, and high-quality environment for every child.

Key Tasks and responsibilities:
Ensuring that the EYFS is implemented and followed throughout the team to an exemplary standard.
Providing day-to-day leadership and management for the team and staff across the nursery as required.
Assisting in the effective use of social media and other marketing activities as required.

Located on Parlaunt Road, our well-established nursery is a short walk from Langley train station and easily accessible from the M4 and M40.
Our dedicated staff and experienced management team have each been with the company for over 20 years.

Toad Hall Nursery Group was established in 1993 and since then we have grown to 14 settings, where 440 employees support our 1,100 children a day. We’d love to hear from you if can demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and experience:
A full and relevant Early Years qualification – Level 3 or above
An excellent working knowledge of the EYFS and the Ofsted inspection framework
Experience of people management and dealing with employee issues
A comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations
Working knowledge of employment legislation including equal opportunities legislation
To be fully trained in safeguarding and paediatric first aid
