Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
The Best Connection are currently recruiting a Warehouse Operative on behalf of a well-known warehouse and manufacturing company based in Altham, Accrington.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for long-term work with progression in a growing manufacturing environment.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 08:30 - 16:00
- Friday: 08:30 - 13:30
- 30-minute unpaid break
Key Duties:
- Picking and packing orders
- General warehouse duties
- Operating machinery (CNC experience preferred)
- Working with steel and wood materials
- Assisting in the manufacture of Polytunnels
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- CNC machine experience advantageous
- FLT experience preferred but not essential
- Ability to work with steel and wood materials
- Good attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work at a fast pace
