What You’ll Need

  • Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in domiciliary care management or deputy management
  • Strong care planning and assessment writing skills

  • Experience supporting business development or occupancy growth
  • Familiarity with CQC inspection processes

  • Deputise for the Care Manager and support day-to-day branch operations
  • Complete new client consultations and care assessments

  • Liaise with clients, families, and professionals to support continuity of care
  • Contribute to service development, occupancy, and retention
