Summary


If you are calm under pressure, organised by nature and looking for a role where you can make a difference, then you are invited to join our Reception Team at our Trust Headquarters in Crawley as a Bank Receptionist. We are looking for someone who is friendly, engaging, confident and a good team player, who will be a vital ink in a fast paced, rewarding environment where no two days are the same.

You will be able to work on your own initiative as well as working within a small team, to manage tasks to ensure the front reception area runs smoothly. You will be answering a busy non-emergency switchboard and dealing with Visitors face to face.



You will deal with postal deliveries (both internal and external), couriers, order various stock items for the building (such as stationery and beverages), greet callers and navigate them to the appropriate department/person via a busy switchboard, and act as first point of contact for staff , visitors and partner services.

You will manage various administration tasks, such as scanning and photocopying, and be responsible for the production of ID Cards.

- Answering a busy non emergency switchboard

- Directing Visitors at the main reception desk

- Ordering stationery and beverages

- sorting incoming and outgoing post (both internal and external)

- printing ID cards for new starters and replacement cards for existing staff
