We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Remedial Coordinator to manage the full remedial workflow following Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) service visits.​

This role is essential in ensuring that all recommended repairs are processed efficiently and in compliance with internal procedures.

Job Description

You will act as the central point of coordination for remedial actions - requesting quotes, securing approvals, raising purchase orders, and assigning works promptly.​

Your ability to maintain clear communication and accurate documentation will be key to delivering timely resolutions and exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Review engineers’ PPM recommendations and identify required remedial works.

Request repair quotes from engineers and ensure accurate information upload.

Track submitted quotes and follow up to prevent delays.

Submit quotes to clients and monitor progress until approval is received.

Raise Purchase Orders (POs) in line with internal procedures during approval stages.

Update internal systems to reflect job status, progress, and completion.

Communicate effectively with engineers, subcontractors, and clients to keep all parties informed.

Ensure all documentation is stored correctly and meets compliance requirements.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer service, helpdesk, or administrative role.

Confident call handling skills with a calm and professional approach.

Strong IT literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

High attention to detail with strong planning and organising ability.

A team player with a flexible and solutions-focused attitude.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-led environment.
