Summary

We're looking for a Senior Information Co-ordinator to join our United Utilities TeamLocation: Manchester - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required.

Hours: 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

About the RoleAs a Senior Information Co-ordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our projects maintain the highest standards of information management. You'll implement ISO 19650 processes, manage digital information systems, and support project teams in delivering compliant documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Working within our collaborative environment, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills while making a meaningful contribution to our water projects.

What will you be responsible for?As a Senior Information Co-ordinator, you'll be working within the Digital Construction team, supporting them in delivering compliant information management across our water projects. Your day to day will include:

-Leading the implementation of our Common Data Environment (CDE) systems and workflows, ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 and Kier standards

-Mentoring and developing Information Coordinators, providing training and guidance to project teams

-Conducting quality assurance checks and supporting audits to maintain information integrity

-Troubleshooting technical issues and serving as the go-to expert for information management queries

-Contributing to the continuous improvement of our information management processes and systems

What are we looking for?This role of Senior Information Co-ordinator is great for you if:

-You have experience with document control procedures and Common Data Environment (CDE) systems, preferably Viewpoint For Projects

-You understand ISO 19650 principles and can apply them practically in project environments

-You're a confident communicator who can build relationships with multidisciplinary teams

-You're well-organised with excellent attention to detail and a collaborative approach

-You're comfortable with Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
