Summary
Are you an experienced industrial recruiter who excels at delivery and relationship management?
We’re seeking a motivated Industrial Recruitment Consultant to manage an established desk and deliver high-quality recruitment solutions across the industrial sector.
You’ll focus on managing existing client relationships and delivering end-to-end recruitment across temporary and permanent industrial roles, ensuring consistent service and strong results.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and service existing industrial client accounts

Source, screen, and place reliable industrial candidates

Manage high-volume temporary and permanent recruitment

Coordinate workforce requirements, compliance, and onboarding

Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients

Achieve targets through effective delivery and desk management
About You-
Previous experience in industrial recruitment (360° or delivery-focused)

Strong understanding of high-volume and labour hire recruitment

Confident managing a temp workforce and daily client requirements

Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills

Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented approach
