Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our growing team. This position is suitable for either:
- An experienced landscaper / gardener, or
- A keen individual willing to learn and build a long-term career in landscaping and garden maintenance.
Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- General garden maintenance (mowing, strimming, hedge cutting, weeding, pruning)
- Seasonal garden care and tidy-ups
- Planting and soil preparation
- Assisting with hard landscaping projects (patios, sleeper walls, raised beds, fencing, turfing)
- Groundworks and garden construction support
- Safe use of hand tools and machinery
- Driving company vehicles to and from sites
- Maintaining clean, tidy, and professional work areas
- Working as part of a team and occasionally independently
- Communicating professionally with clients on site
Essential Requirements
- Clean UK driving licence
- Good work ethic and positive attitude
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Desirable (But Not Essential)
- Previous experience in garden maintenance or landscaping
- Experience with paving, blockwork, sleepers, or planting
- Use of gardening or landscaping machinery (training provided)
