Hays Education is seeking passionate and adaptable Secondary Supply Teachers to support schools across Northamptonshire and surrounding areas. Whether you're an experienced subject specialist or an ECT, this is a brilliant opportunity to teach within your expertise while enjoying the flexibility to choose when and where you work.
What You'll Do:
* Deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4 (and KS5 if applicable)
* Teach within your specialist subject or cover a range of curriculum areas
* Manage classroom behaviour confidently and maintain a positive learning environment
* Follow school policies and report safeguarding concerns promptly to the DSL
* Provide marking and feedback when required
✅ What We're Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or ECT status
* Recent experience teaching secondary pupils within the last 5 years
* Strong knowledge of your specialist subject and the Secondary National Curriculum
* Flexibility to work across different year groups and school settings
* A professional, proactive, and adaptable approach to teaching
