We're seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to our clients Finance Team, a vital role supporting the future of care and support for young people.

About the Role
As Finance Business Partner, you will:
- Lead the daytoday management of the Payments Team.
- Produce high-quality budget monitoring information and ensure all budget holders are fully briefed on financial performance.
- Maximise the business funding streams and income generation.
- Provide robust monthly management accounts, forecasts, financial advice, and guidance.
- Lead on annual budget setting and business planning processes.
- Review, develop and maintain financial controls and business processes within Oracle Financials.
- Lead on the development and application of Financial Regulations and Procedures.
This is a highly visible and strategic role, offering the chance to influence decision making and support better outcomes for children and young people in local communities.
About You
We're looking for someone who brings technical strength, strong communication skills, and a passion for public impact.
You will:
- Be CIMA/ACCA/CIPFA qualified.
- Have strong Excel skills and experience working with financial systems.
- Ideally have experience managing staff or teams.
- Be passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people and committed to public service excellence.

Working Hours
- 37 hours per week
- Monday-Thursday: 9:00am - 17:30
- Friday: 9:00am - 17:00
- Minimum 2 days per week in the Oldbury office
