We are looking for a part time Assets & Decarbonisation Administrator who will be responsible for providing a high-quality administrative service across a range of activities within our Assets & Sustainability Department, providing admin support to the team as they take forward the decarbonisation of our properties, reducing the environmental footprint of our homes and providing affordable warmth for our tenants.

Cadarn Housing Group is the parent of the Group and provides oversight and support services role. Newydd Housing Association is a charitable housing association, that offers over 3,000 affordable homes for rent and sale to people where need is at its greatest in Mid and South Wales, working in several local authority areas. Cadwyn Housing Association owns and manages 2,000 homes for affordable rent and low-cost home ownership as well as a range of community regeneration initiatives.
About the role
Reporting to our Head of Assets & Sustainability, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality administrative service to the team to ensure the smooth running of the department, liaising with the Compliance and Maintenance Teams to provide support as required.
About you
You will have experience of working within a busy office environment and carrying out administrative tasks to a high standard. The Administrator position is a busy, varied, and challenging role and you must be able to demonstrate excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of asset management software is desirable but not essential for the role.
You will be educated to GCSE or equivalent level and excellent written skills with the ability to produce documents such as letters, minutes, and short reports in a professional and well-presented format. The role is fast paced and requires a good level of organisation and the ability to multitask with fast and accurate keyboard and data entry skills.
