Summary

We are looking for a Social Worker for a Children with Disabilities Team



Only Apply if You have a Minimum of 3 Years Post Qualified Experience for a Council



About the Team


This team will focus on helping and supporting children who live with severe physical, sensory or learning disabilities. This includes working with different pathways depending on the child's pathway plan including child protection, children in need, looked after children etc. They work closely with the children's families and other professionals to provide a more specialist support in order to promote their independence. They will also plan transitions and adult services for early on in their adulthood.


About you


A degree within social work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 3 years' post qualified experience is essential in order to be considered for this role. A valid UK driving license and vehicle is not essential to the success of this role but will help.
