Chichester College, part of the Chichester College Group Ref: CC0705 Bar Supervisor (Bank) £15.25 per hour Variable hours Chichester College is currently seeking to appoint a highly motivated Bar Supervisor to work in our Pavilion bar, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times by maintaining an exceptional standard of delivery and professionalism. We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone confident running a bar during busy periods and special events. This is a flexible role which allows you to accept work assignments when convenient to you. The Role:Supervising bar operations on Saturdays and during ad hoc eventsLeading and supporting bar staff during shiftsEnsuring excellent customer service at all timesManaging stock, cash handling, and opening/closing proceduresMaintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance About You:Previous experience working behind a bar (supervisory experience preferred)Confident, organised, and able to work independentlyStrong customer service and communication skillsReliable and flexible, with availability for occasional eventsPersonal Licence is desirable but not essential What We Offer:Saturday work with additional event shifts availableCompetitive hourly rateA relaxed, supportive working environmentOpportunity to take ownership in a small, close-knit team If you’re a hands-on bar professional who enjoys responsibility and working in a small bar setting, we’d love to hear from you.
