A well-established property management company is seeking a reliable and experienced Handyperson to assist with day-to-day maintenance tasks in student houses around Hyde Park, Leeds (LS6 area).
Responsibilities:
Carry out general DIY and maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing and DIY work.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and repairs.
Ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Work within a 2-3 mile radius of Hyde Park, Leeds.
Requirements:
Must have DIY experience, including basic plumbing and DIY skills.
Familiarity with the Hyde Park, Leeds (LS6 area) is essential.
Must have own transport and tools.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
