The Role
The school is seeking a reliable and hardworking School Cleaner / Premises Assistant to join its team. This is a part-time role, working afternoons during term time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out daily cleaning duties across classrooms, corridors, and communal areas.
- Supporting the premises team with general upkeep and maintenance tasks.
- Ensuring health and safety standards are met at all times.
- Contributing to a clean, safe, and positive environment for pupils and staff.
Requirements
- Previous cleaning or premises experience is desirable but not essential.
- Must hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service - only candidates with this will be prioritised
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to safeguarding and maintaining a safe school environment.
