We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our team, working across staff dining and hospitality services within a thriving contract catering environment.
This role offers the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills across a diverse range of food concepts and premium hospitality events.
Job Description
You will play a key role in delivering exceptional food quality and presentation, supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef, and ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality food preparation and service across staff dining and hospitality offers.
Work with a variety of concepts including street food/global cuisine, deli bar, salad bar, breakfast, grab & go, and coffee shop/bakery.
Support hospitality events such as canapé receptions, grazing and bowl food menus, fine dining, plated events, and tasting menus.
Ensure recipes, food presentation, and portion control meet senior management standards.
Attend daily food service briefs with the Front of House team.
Assist the Sous Chef and provide support in the absence of the Head Chef.
Maintain compliance with Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, and COSHH regulations.
Deliver excellent customer service, being approachable and proactive in exceeding expectations.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie.
Background in contract catering is highly desirable.
Skilled in producing high-quality hospitality menus and events.
Strong understanding of the impact of your role on overall business performance.
Ability to build positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
