We are recruiting an experienced Chef de Partie to support a large, professional corporate catering operation based in Canary Wharf.
This is a high-standard, secure corporate kitchen environment delivering fresh food at volume. Reliability, professionalism, and consistency are essential.
Key Duties:
Preparing and cooking food to agreed menus and specifications
Running a section during service
Maintaining food hygiene, allergen controls, and health & safety standards
Supporting senior kitchen staff with preparation and service
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie
Corporate or contract catering experience preferred
Level 2 Food Safety Certificate (minimum)
Strong timekeeping and professional presentation
Compliance Requirements (Mandatory):
Right to Work in the UK
Basic DBS check
Adverse credit check
