We’re looking for a reliable and flexible Chef de Partie, supporting both staff dining and hospitality services. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build experience in a professional kitchen while enjoying structured hours and a varied role.
You’ll work closely with the Head Chef in a small team, delivering consistent food quality and smooth service across staff dining and hospitality.
Working hours are primarily Monday to Thursday, with the potential for Friday shifts. Typical hours are 7:00am–3:00pm, offering a healthy work-life balance.
What you’ll doSupport daily staff dining service, delivering 100–150 covers per day
Reheat and present delivered food to a high standard
Prepare, maintain, and replenish the salad bar
Assist with hospitality catering for meetings and events
Support service setup, service periods, and clear-down
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
Work flexibly to meet the needs of the site
A positive, adaptable attitude and willingness to learn
Someone dependable with a flexible approach to hospitality support
Previous experience is helpful but not essential — training provided
Ability to work well in a small team environment
Strong attention to detail and pride in food presentation
An interest in catering, food service, or hospitality
