We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sub Dispatch Team Leader to take ownership of team coordination and operational performance.​

This role is key to ensuring service levels are met and processes run efficiently.

Job Description

As Sub Dispatch Team Leader, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the Sub Dispatch team, ensuring workload is distributed effectively and queries are resolved promptly.​

You will act as the main escalation point for operational issues and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Sub Dispatch team to achieve contractual obligations and SLAs.

Allocate tasks and monitor performance to ensure timely completion of reactive works and queries.

Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Drive process improvements and implement new procedures where necessary.

Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company policies.

Act as the primary escalation point for operational issues within the team.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Proven experience in team leadership within an operational or facilities management environment.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

Knowledge of SLAs and performance monitoring.

Proficiency in MS Office and relevant operational systems.
