Summary
Support the clinicians in the clinic setting to ensure a high-quality delivery of service to all that we see. Be able to utilise administrative skills and ensure work is prioritised effectively. Ensure that the confidentiality of service user information is always maintained in line with Trust policy. Liaise with external stakeholders, manage referrals, update patient records. Demonstrate excellent communication skills within a variety of settings to a diverse demographic. Participate in the planning and scheduling of clinics, liaising with venues and managing stock levels.
