As an Administrator, your responsibilities will include…
• Dealing with enquiries over the phone and by email
• Organising POs, sending orders to suppliers and following up orders
• Carrying out general administrative duties
• Dealing with purchasing, chasing orders and checking deliveries
• Liaising with sales team and supporting with paperwork if needed
• Entering supplier invoices onto the system
We are looking for an Administrator with the following skills and experience…
• Ideally 2+ years’ experience in an administrator role
• Confident using CRM systems, experience with Zoho would be advantageous
• Happy answering the phones, with a positive telephone manner
• Previous experience with bookkeeping and purchasing would be a bonus
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• High attention to detail, accurate, with a strong work ethic
In return, the successful Administrator will receive a salary of £26,000 - £30,000, plus the following benefits…
