What You’ll Need:
- Active NMC registration (RGN or RMN).
- Experience working within a nursing home environment.
- Senior nursing experience (e.g. Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager, Senior Nurse).
- Strong knowledge of DoLS, safeguarding, and compliance.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing and care teams.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, DoLS, and regulatory standards.
- Support audits, care planning, and continuous quality improvement.
- Lead by example on the floor, maintaining high clinical standards.
- Mentor and develop nurses and senior care staff.
- Work closely with management to support safe, effective service delivery.
