We are seeking someone with housing repairs experience preferably in regards to damp and mould case management, who is a good communicator and with the required administration experience and with the commitment and drive to see our damp and mould cases through to completion.

The Role

As Damp, Mould and Disrepair Case Officer you will:

- Play an integral role in helping our customers, by providing advice, assistance and guidance on how best to deal with issues leading to damp and mould in the home.
- Through home visits, you will help to diagnose, arrange treatment, to help prevent damp, mould, and condensation issues in our customers’ homes.
- Work collaboratively within the housing team and with colleagues across the landlord service to ensure the best possible outcomes for our customers.
- Build and maintain good relationships with colleagues, customers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure our reputation as a good social housing landlord is maintained.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

- Has experience of working in Social Housing sector or high-profile customer focused organisation.
- Has experience in property maintenance, damp treatment, and repairs knowledge.
- Can work in stressful environments and diffusing, mediating and diffusing conflict taking account of the situation and the needs of the individual/s concerned.
- Has experience of working with housing management information systems and/or asset management systems/databases
