We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as Head of Digital, Data and Technology (DDAT). This is a pivotal role, driving the Force’s digital strategy and ensuring technology enables us to achieve our strategic objectives.
About the Role
As Head of DDAT, you will:
Lead and inspire the Force’s DDAT service, covering ICT, Digital Transformation, and Information Management.
Champion digital policing, driving technology adoption and building digital skills across the organisation.
Design and deliver our Digital and Data Technology Programme and Strategic Roadmap.
Oversee major technology change projects, streamlining systems and services while maintaining enterprise architecture.
Advise and collaborate with the Chief Officer Team on the Force’s digital profile and strategy.
Ensure delivery excellence, keeping programmes on time, within budget, and aligned to quality standards - while managing risks and adapting to change
