Summary
We are looking for someone with initiative and drive, practical, resourceful, and confident with people and problem-solving, who will enjoy working as part of a friendly, busy professional staff team.
In this role you will ensure that all aspects of the organisation’s property portfolio are managed efficiently and safely, while building and maintaining strong relationships with the studio artists, designers and makers. Your work will help maximise charitable income and support Bow Arts’ wider charitable aims.
The post combines office-based duties with regular site visits to our studio and housing buildings across London. You will be responsible for managing all activity relating to the studio spaces within your portfolio, which may change as the team evolves or as we take on new sites or close existing ones at the end of a lease.
