Summary

Care & Support Manager - Broomhouse

Salary: 35,136.63

Hours: Full time – 37 hours per week

We have an exciting opportunity to join our experienced team of Care & Support Managers in Edinburgh.

Broomhouse service supports 6 people with a variety of support needs.

It is an exciting time as we are taking on new business which will increase the service to 7 supported people.

As Care & Support Manager of Broomhouse you will manage a team of 15-20 Established and Relief Support Workers .

You will be managing a mixed support model including 24-hour support, sleepovers and waking nights.

A crucial part of this role will be working collaboratively with other agencies advocating for our Supported People to ensure they are working towards outcomes that will support them to live a good life.

As part of your onboarding to Ark you will receive a comprehensive induction period with the current Edinburgh Care & Support Managers & Edinburgh Operations Manager.
