To be an active and supportive member within the Division, contributing to shared learning. To work collaboratively with the Divisional Clinical Director and management team, academic leaders and other colleagues across the Trust to ensure the Specialty delivers its research and development activity within the research governance framework and within the Trusts strategy for research and development.
