We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant - PO2 to join our dynamic team in the Mental Health Care industry. Responsibilities
Manage the executive's calendar, schedule appointments, and prioritize meetings.
Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including agendas and minutes.
Act as a point of contact between executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
Assist with project management tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are on track.
Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports for the executive.
Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
Requirements
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in other administrative roles.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
A background in healthcare or a related field is preferred, with an understanding of mental health care being a plus.
