We are seeking a proactive and skilled Deputy Manager PO2 to join our dynamic team. Additionally, you will be responsible for assisting the Manager in developing and administering budgets, ensuring financial targets are met, and making data-driven decisions. Responsibilities
Assist the Manager in day-to-day operations and strategic planning.
Supervise staff and conduct performance evaluations to ensure optimal team efficiency.
Develop and monitor departmental budgets to ensure financial objectives are met.
Implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and operational effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
Provide training and mentorship to new employees to facilitate their onboarding process.
Prepare reports and present findings to senior management to support decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
Strong analytical skills with experience in budget management and financial reporting.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven leadership skills with a focus on developing team members.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant management software applications.

Pay Per Hour: £21.28
