What You’ll Be Doing:
• Providing bespoke, compassionate support to pupils with identified SEN
• Working 1:1 and in small groups to boost emotional wellbeing and progress
• Implementing behaviour plans and adaptive learning strategies
• Liaising closely with SENCo, therapists, and family support workers
• Assisting class teachers in delivering inclusive, creative lessons
